Holy Smokes

Holy Smokes is a band with a rotating cast of players. The group meets every Monday in Long Beach, CA. It’s all about harnessing the healing energy of music through composing, playing as a band, recording and experiencing the natural high only music can produce. At each meeting an original song is written and recorded in about 90 minutes. The weekly sessions – presented by HomeFront Rising, Rock to Recovery and U.S.VETS, and hosted by Century Villages at Cabrillo – are free to attend for anyone who wants to participate. No experience is necessary. This blog documents our works in progress.
